After World War Two, Staff Sgt. Jack, W2WMV (/C1, /C2, /C3 /C9), was a very active rado- amateur during his stay in Asia. He was a member of the 350th Fighter Squadron, Army Air Force. Before he became a soldier he was employed in a boxing-factory. John Malcolm "Jack" Closson, (W2WMV and W8WMV (1941)) died at the young age of 38 on may 19, 1958 in Sacramenty County California.
