58. Southern Sudan (ST0) Southern Sudan (officially Republic South-Sudan) is a country in the east of Africa. The country has ten states and has a border with Sudan in the North. In December 2009, Doctors Whitout Borders reported a big increase of violence between different tribes. This violence was extreem big because of interference of the Resistance Army of the Lord from Uganda.
